The Saint Andrew Youth Group is working toward reaching out in Mission this year. We gather on Sunday afternoons for recreation, prayer, study, and service.
On Sunday, March 14th, the Youth Group will host a Spaghetti Luncheon Fundraiser following worship. The funds raised will go toward Triennium and other youth events this summer! Set up for the lunch will be on Saturday, March 13th at 4:00 p.m.
On Friday, March 19th plan on meeting at the church at 9:00 p.m. We will meet with other youth from around Indianapolis at 10 p.m. at the Pepsi Coliseum for Broom Hockey. We will play until midnight and then return to Saint Andrew for our Semi-Annual Lock-in! Parent pick up is at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday. Bring $10 to play Broom Hockey, your own broom (an old one), tennis shoes, and layered clothing for the ice.
April 9 - 11, 2010 ~ Senior High Retreat at Burnamwood (Kentucky) We are invited to participate and share some of our journey with the youth from Lexington and beyond. Cost is $50. See Pastor Gretchen to sign up, deadline for sign up is March 7th.
July 20 - 24, 2010 ~ Presbyterian Youth Triennium Senior High Youth from around the world (5,000!) gather at Purdue University for worship, study, recreation, and renewal. We will be part of a delegation from Whitewater Valley Presbytery. See Pastor Gretchen for details, sign up is ASAP!
